At Offroad Ebike Source, we take shipping seriously especially when it comes to high-value equipment. This policy is designed to clearly explain how our orders are processed, shipped, and delivered so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order.

Shipping Coverage Area
We currently ship to customers within the continental United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your purchase. This email confirms that your order has entered our system but does not yet indicate shipment.
Order Processing Time (Handling)
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed after our 12:00 PM EST cut-off time will begin processing the next business day.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires special handling, we will contact you directly with updated information and next steps.
Shipment Notification & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. Tracking details will become active as soon as the carrier scans the shipment into their system. For freight deliveries, tracking may show fewer updates but will still provide delivery progress.
Estimated Delivery Time (Transit)
After shipment, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. The typical total delivery timeframe is 6–12 business days.
Freight shipments may require delivery appointments and curbside delivery, which can affect final delivery timing.
Shipping Carriers
We work with reputable national carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and professional freight carriers, to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Carrier selection is based on product size, weight, and destination.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high shipping volumes. If a delay affects your order, we will proactively notify you with updated information. We believe communication is key and will always keep you informed.
